Bodensee – the German dream Limited Edition

The medium-sized Art Print „Bodensee“ was captured at the „Bavarian Ocean“ also knows as Bodensee, which is Germany’s largest lake. Known for its apple cider production, this well known holiday destination is often visited by German families, who don’t want to travel outside the country, enjoying the local festivals, renting paddle boats and drinking the locally produced wine/ciders. Due to the size and location of the lake, it has a German, Austrian and Swiss side, making it possible to visit three countries with a single boat ride.

As a part of the „living the German dream“ collection, this print focuses on everyday German elements and longings that are representational of the society, the dreams of its inhabitants and offer an insight into German culture as a whole.

All the images in this particular collection are produced with classic film cameras from the last century. „Bodensee“ was shot with a Minolta 7000 on Agfa Color 200 film.
